HIGHLANDS HOUSE

The Highlands House is a great home for multi-generational or roommate living. It is a daylight basement home with each level having a complete kitchen, two bedrooms and one bath. Each level also has its own separate outside access and there is a shared laundry room with washer and dryer. The large yard is part of the 4.5 acre site that is shared by one of our other homes. Located in the Renton Highlands, close to grocery stores and shopping, and good access to Bellevue. Drive time to I-405 and the Renton Landing is about 10 minutes.
